Squatting Reminders

Nothing like squatting to pick something up and feeling a burn to remind you that those 25 minutes with Jillian Michaels the day before were really doing some good!  Or to remind you that an exercise-regimen of only running leaves certain muscle-groups untouched!  Note to self: Do more "ripped in 30" with Jillian on a regular basis.

Headed out of town for a quick girl's overnight tonight then back tomorrow to finalize birthday plans for the big day on Sunday!  Stay tuned!
